2026 SWSCC Suppliers' Day - Booth Registration Only

Exhibit Hours:  8:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Lunch Hours: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (exhibition floor closed to exhibitors and attendants)

Post-Event Reception: Beakers & Beauty Party (details to be announced)

Booth Set-Up: September 14, 2026 (day prior to the event)

Attendee Registration

Attendee registration will open in July 2026. Please note that all exhibitors are also required to register under the attendees registration to obtain and print their event badges. There will be a dropdown and choose exhibitor.

Booth Purchase Requirements

To secure an exhibit booth, all applicants must:

• Complete the online booth registration form
• Submit full payment at the time of registration

Please Note: Payments are accepted online only.

Each booth includes:

• 8’ back drape with 3’ high side dividers
• One 11” x 17” company identification sign
• One 30” wide x 6’ long draped table
• Two side chairs
• One wastebasket
• Pipe and drape for privacy

Service kits will be distributed by Superior Expo Services beginning in July, once booth assignments are finalized. These kits will include detailed information regarding booth setup times and additional services.

Booth Placement Requests

If you are a distributor or manufacturer requesting proximity to a specific company, please indicate this in the comments section during the registration process. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, placement is not guaranteed.

Event Highlights

• Lunch Break Key Speaker: A featured speaker will present during the lunch break (11:30 AM – 1:00 PM), allowing for extended exhibit time throughout the day.
• Complimentary Lunch: Provided to all registered attendees with a valid name badge. Exhibitors must register as attendees to receive badges and participate in lunch.
• Post-Event Reception: A networking event will be held at the convention center from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Additional details will be shared soon.
