Speaker Bio
Arnie Esperance has been in the Personal Care industry for more than 30 years after attending De La Salle University. Arnie Esperance joined Gattefossé Corporation in February 2000 and is currently the Technical Support Director for Personal Care Division which supports the technical, regulatory, quality and safety aspect of Gattefossé products in U.S. Gattefosse is an international group that creates, develops and supplies specialized ingredients, excipients and services to the Personal Care and Pharmaceutical industries.

Prior to his experience with Gattefosse, Arnie worked in Research & Development for Clinique Color lab, a division of Estee Lauder Companies for 12 years. He is an active member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and has been invited to be a speaker at Expocosmetica (Mexico) and Society of Cosmetic Chemists seminars and chapter meetings
