Toni Seeds serves as the Microbiology Director at Certified Laboratories' Carrollton, Texas, laboratory and brings 17 years of dedicated experience with the organization. Throughout her career, she has played an instrumental role in advancing microbiology operations across the Cosmetics, OTC, and Supplements business units. She possesses extensive expertise in microbiological testing, method suitability, and preservative effectiveness testing. Toni has also led initiatives to harmonize microbiological methods across multiple laboratory locations, improving consistency, efficiency, and overall quality.
