2024 SWSCC Carnaval Brazil Sponsorship

Main Event Sponsor
• Highest level of sponsorship for $20,000. This includes 2 tables (20 tickets), a room on sponsor’s row, signage on the stage above the podium, an entry way into the party stating Presented By and your logo. This includes signage on the escalators.

SVIP Level
A dedicated room on Sponsor’s Row - $10,000
• Sponsor’s row features 4 rooms highlighting our VIP sponsr’s. This will include:
• A private bar and the option to host a high roller table. The room will be yours to setup and feature any graphics and setup you prefer. The room will be yours until the gala is over. Across from your room is a column that will feature your logo calling people to your room.
• A graphic on the escalators.
• 1 table (10 tickets) that will feature a placard with your logo.

VIP Level
Dancefloor - $2,500, 4 spaces available
• Sign on the dancefloor with your logo. 4 spaces available for sponsorship
Stage decoration – $3,000
• The stage will decorated specifically for the event. Your logo will be placed at stage left and right.

Guestlist Level
Column Sponsor - $2,000 – Your logo will appear on columns in the main arrival area
Performance Sponsorship - $1,000
•Options are: Performers, Party favors, specialty cocktail stations, Cocktail Napkin (500) - One of the committee members will reach out to see which one you would like to choose. 

Safe Ride initiative 
Uber/Lyft Vouchers - $300 for 10 vouchers, sponsor as many as you like (blocks of 10).
• Considering the evening, and how late it may go, I have worked out a group discount of vouchers to make sure everyone gets home safe. Your logo will appear in the newsletter and all references of the party as safe ride sponsors.
