Prospective Newsletter Sponsors:
Advertising in the SWSCC Newsletter is a great way to demonstrate your company’s capabilities, while also benefiting the members who support your business! You can sponsor per newsletter, or for the entire year. For 2023, we will issue a minimum of 5 newsletters - January, April, July, October, December.
The cost to sponsor is:

SWSCC Hole Sponsorships Available - closes April 10th
A sign with your name, logo and contact information will be placed on the tee box as well as recognition as a sponsor in the newsletter, outing flyers and at the party. All for just $250 per hole! If you would like to sponsor a hole please go to www.swscc.org, Hole Sponsor event and register. Payment choices are credit (click the credit option when registering) or by check (click pay by check when registering) payable to SWSCC Chapter. Mail checks to: SWSCC Attn: Golf Outing P.O. Box 542163 Dallas, TX 75354-2163.These must be registered by March 31st.. Any Hole Sponsors sent in after this date we cannot guarantee recognition.
Donations
We need supplier contributions for door prizes, long drive and closest to the pin. Gift cards accepted the day of outing. Monetary donations should be made payable to SWSCC are appreciated as well as other fun gifts for the outing. Please mail checks to the address above by March 31st. IF YOU INTEND ON DONATING, PLEASE LET ONE OF THE CO-CHAIRS KNOW SO IT GETS CREDITED TO THE CORRECT EVENT!
Please let us know by April 10th. for donations/sponsors and you will be acknowledged at the outing and in the SWSCC Newsletter.

We are opening dinner to Non-Golfers - $40 per person
We have to keep the golfers to a MAX if 144 palyers. This is for those who want to participate in the day by does not want to play golf.
Dinner and awards will beging after everyone is finished playing. Usually around 5:30pm-6:00pm

2024 SWSCC Suppliers’ Day – Attendees and Booth Staff Registration
For attendees and booth staff (If you are an exhibitor, you must register all staff working the booth here to receive a badge and be counted for lunch).
When: September 25th, 2024 - Wednesday
Show Time: 8:30 – 4:30 CDT
Where: Irving Convention Center Las Colinas 500 West Las Colinas Boulevard Irving, TX
Join us for the after party when the trade show ends at 4:30pm featuring entertainment, Hors D’oeuvres and a cash bar! It will be at the terrace level of the Irving convention center. We will also be giving away prizes! To attend the after party you must have a name badge that you receive when you check-in at the trade show. Again please register online to attend this show so we have an accurate count.
