2018 SWSCC Suppliers’ Day and Educational Seminar Information
We would like to invite all suppliers to exhibit at this event. In order to participate, you must complete the registration form online and provide payment.
10' X 10' booth Cost: $1250.00 per booth (until 8/1/18)
Price will increase to $1500.00 (after 8/1/18)
Payments are check or PayPal (normal Paypal fees apply).

The exhibit will include one 10' by 10' booth with 8' back drape, 3' high side dividers, one 7" x 44" company sign, one 30" wide x 6' long draped table, two side chairs, and one basket. Pipe and drape are provided for privacy.
Booth assignments and complete service kits will be sent beginning in July (after verification your registration and payment is complete). Details will be provided in the kit of the times for set-up the day before. Lunch is free to everyone that has a name badge. To receive free lunch, everyone working the booth must register IN JULY as attending the show to receive a badge.
Please note if you are a distributor and you need the manufacturers you rep to be together please order booths in one registration. We cannot guarantee booths together if registered separately.
There will be one speaker on the day of the event during the lunch break (11:30-1:00). We want to allow the customers to spend as much time at the booths this year.
There will be an after party after the event. We are still working the details. This will be where we need the suppliers help with sponsorship so we can have a fun event for your customers!
